A short, honest set of terms covering use of cloudnestinfoworks.com and our open-source tools. Detailed Master Services Agreements for paid engagements are signed separately when you contract us for consulting work.

The short version. Use the website respectfully. Our open-source tool Cloudnest Pilot is licensed under Apache 2.0 — read its LICENSE file for details. Marketing content is informational, not a contract. Any actual consulting engagement is governed by a separately signed agreement.
1. Who we are
CloudNest Infoworks (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U62099UP2026OPC240337) operates this website and publishes Cloudnest Pilot. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean CloudNest Infoworks. References to "you" mean any individual visiting cloudnestinfoworks.com.
2. Permitted use of the website
You may browse cloudnestinfoworks.com, read our content, contact us via the consultation form or email. You may share our public URLs.
You may not:
- Scrape the site at scale or use bots that bypass reasonable rate limits
- Attempt to access systems you're not authorised to access
- Submit false information through the consultation form
- Use the site to harass others or send unsolicited marketing
- Reproduce our case studies or written content commercially without permission
3. Our open-source tool: Cloudnest Pilot
Cloudnest Pilot is licensed under Apache License 2.0. The full LICENSE file is in the GitHub repository at github.com/cloudnestinfoworks/cloudnest-pilot.
Important things to understand:
- The tool is provided as-is, without warranty. Read the LICENSE.
- You bring your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills you directly for usage; we never see your bills.
- Nothing the tool does should run in production without your review. Every shell command requires your explicit approval before execution.
- We are not responsible for actions you take based on the tool's output. You are the operator.
4. Marketing content is informational
The metrics, case studies, and statements on cloudnestinfoworks.com (e.g., "60% faster deployment", "75% reduction in incidents") describe outcomes from past engagements. They are not promises about your specific situation. Actual outcomes depend on your environment, requirements, and engagement scope — these are agreed in writing before work begins.
5. Consultation requests don't create a contract
Submitting the consultation form indicates interest. It does not create a consulting contract. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a written Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CloudNest Infoworks's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our open-source tools is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees). This limit does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
This limitation does not apply to obligations under separately signed consulting agreements, which have their own liability provisions.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India, where our company is registered.
9. Changes
This is an interim Terms of Use. A fuller document is in preparation and will replace this page. Material changes will be flagged via a banner on the home page.
